I like Louis Riddick in the studio and when he started calling games I liked him at first (I think because I already liked him in the studio).

Now I pretty much just wish he would shut up.

First half highlights from KC vs NYJ:

"Zach Wilson has all the talent in the world"

"This is why the Jets got Allen Lazard, he can make any play you ask him to," followed 45 seconds later by "The problem the Jets have is that the gap between Garrett Wilson and the rest of the receivers is too great. There's no one else on the team that can perform close to his level."

Hey Cris, how long has Josh Dobbs been with the Vikings? Can you please keep laughing like you have some inside knowledge that no one else does?

How does this man still have a job?
Does anyone on here actually like him? Be honest.
If I were rating color commentators, he'd be top-3 for sure.
I used to like him until his biases became obvious. To the point of nausea.
He spent the entirety of Super Bowl 52 gushing over Tom Brady and complaining about catch/no catch rulings. It was unbearable. If I want to rewatch my team’s one SB win, I have to find a different audio source.

I like him. He knows his ****. I don’t understand the hate
Totally agree.

I've always liked him.

He does go over the top on praise a bit and I roll my eyes, but he knows football and is well spoken.

Broadcasters are easy to take shots at.

Piling on.
I think he does a great job. The nature of it leads them to glaze everyone. I don’t prefer it and wish they wouldn’t, but they aren’t there to make me happy.

Doesn't take himself too seriously. Loves the game. Has experiences to talk about. I don't mind him at all. All this, "How does he still have a job?" garbage is for effect.

First time noticing Eric Collins. He's play-by-play on the Panthers/Dolphins game today with Mark Schlereth.

He seems very excitable. YOUNG! BACK! THROWS!

I almost had to turn the sound off last night. Hearing Tirico calling the plays is enjoyable, then having to listen to Collingsworth ramble on until the next snap is pure torture.

Tirico, "Gibbs up the middle for a 3 yard gain, second and 7 for Detroit"

CC "Well Gibbs got the ball from Goff and saw big Chris Jones standing there and said no way I am going at this monster and cut it to the backside, now if the rookie guard from Georgia Tate Rutledge had chipped Jones there might have been a yard or two more, speaking of Rutledge I know the kids dad..great guy, great family, loves to hunt and fish and his Georgia Bulldogs, speaking of the Georgia Bulldogs ran into Kirby Smart at golf outing last week..blah..blah..blah"

Awesome. Should have locked the thread after this one. Wraps it up nicely.
