We had a trade deadline of 8 PM last night. We wanted to trade Forsett for Breaston. The other team proposed the trade. We wanted to accept it, but neither my partner nor I could be at our computer before the deadline. My partner left a message for the commissioner on his cell phone three hours before the trade deadline. I talked to him two hours before the trade deadline, and he said he didn't want to put the trade through, he wanted us to accept it online. I thought my partner may get to his computer in time to accept the trade. He didn't, so the commissioner rejected the trade. Is it me, or is it part of the commissioner's job to do things like that? Should that trade have been put through?

Just last night I got phone calls from two teams completing deals before the deadline, and neither could get to the website in time. As soon as I was able to get there myself, I put the trades through....I didn't even need confirmation from every team involved. No single team would ever call me to confirm a trade in a jerk move to towards another owner. If one owner involved in the deal calls me, it's a done deal. It's nice to run a league where there are no true dooshes.
