Neither of these guys are likely to have any impact until 2010.
McRath took most of his reps outside in camp and I haven't heard that he's been moved inside after Fowler was released. Keith Bulluck is a free agent this offseason, David Thornton next offseason, so it's reasonable to think he'll get a crack outside either next year or the year after.
Williams is a solid prospect, too, but Keith Brooking has been playing well and was signed for three years, which is where Williams would likely play. There will continue to be rumors about Wade Phillips job, which could impact Williams' long term prospects, too.
