Cowboys @ Giants -- Prediction Thread (1 Viewer)

I hate both teams with a passion. But i'll take the GIants because I hate the Cowboys probably .0001% more than the Gnats.
Funny--after years of following players instead of teams I don't hate any of them any more. That said, I grew up hating Dallas, because my Dad happened to know Staubach and there was no love lost there. I'm over it.

Cowboys in a very close match. I think Dallas drives for the game winning FG by Bailey with time running out. NYG's do not block this one! Cowboys 30-28
Bailey has no shot unless it's under 35 yds ... he's been iced too many times
Bailey made 32 FG's of 36 attempts. His long is 51 yds. He missed one at AZ and got another blocked vs. NYG's. He also is perfect on PAT's.Karma sucks and I think he hits a 40+ yd FG to win it!

Ok, with Jake Ballard officially out, I'm going with Dallas 31-28. Giants freeze Dan Bailey on the final kick, but he comes back after the TO and nails it.

Both teams have been inconsistent all season, but if I had a gun pointed at my head... I'd say the Cowboys will find a way to take a crap in their pants and Romo (G-Men 5th in the league with 42 sacks) won't make it through the entire game. :toilet:

If both teams could lose I'd predict that and be confident it would happen. I'm not impressed with either. They have too much talent to be in this position.

The team that wants it the most will win-- and by that I mean "wants it a little" beating "wants it very little.

Dallas 16, Giants 13-- mostly kickers.

Cowboys winning record (barely) was created primarily against losing teams. They have only beaten 1 team with a winning record, and their wins came against a combined record of 46-74... - Giants D is playing strong- Dallas has a penchant for crumbling under pressure/in clutch situations- Injuries to key players on Dallas offense (Tony 'oh-no' Romo - Throwing Hand, Demarco Murray IR)...- Giants playing at home in playoff atmosphereGiants 31 Dallas 17Expecting multiple Turnovers for Dallas Offense/Giants Defense
I may have error-ed in my points prediction...

Romo found a way to make it through the game, but he did get sacked 6 times. See ya, Dallas. :bye:
