Cooper Kupp (will cost $22 to keep next year, high-end WR3, low-end WR2 price)

I receive:

Melvin Gordon (cannot be kept next year)

Juju Smith-Schuster (will have him for two more years at $16)

Current roster (start 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 Flex)

QB: Watson

RB: Gurley, Johnson, Ajayi, Cohen, K. Johnson, Lindsay

WR: K Allen, Woods, Kupp, Crowder, Lockett, J Brown

TE: Rudolph

I think in a vaccuum , the side i'm receiving is higher value given Smith-Schuster's keeper value, and the slight chance that Gordon can come close to matching DJ.  Slight concern on having both Gordon and Allen, but they don't seem to vulture much from each other due to being such a high % of the Chargers total offense.

Thoughts?

Just because of the keeper aspect alone I am ok with it. DJ is a huge part of Arizonas offense but based on the preseason and week one it is probably not going to be very good all year and as soon as Rosen gets the call DJ will be facing stacked boxes while Rivers arm and wr's will get respect opening up things for Gordon.

Do it because JuJu is cheaper than Kupp even though DJ is probably a little ahead of Gordon.  Grab Ekeler before or after making the deal if you can.
