i was trying to think of a comp player, too...
not sure about lloyd, though that would be quite a compliment...
don't forget, though, lloyd as a rookie was NOTHING like league-leading lloyd of 2010...
aside from the obvious... moore has good size, excellent speed, quickness, strength, the ability to run UNDER CONTROL (running fast out of control is more or less useless except as a decoy, and even that attribute gradually wanes as the cat gets out of the bag... and the occasional lucky play), seemingly polished and developed route running skills mature beyond his years, the much commented on ability to fend off the jam (related to his exceptional suddenness, burst, acceleration, explosiveness, etc., as well as power), ability to track the ball in the air, make in flight adjustments and high point it, concentration in traffic, hands, dangerous RAC ability (he really does appear to have the complete package and potential for NFL stardom)...
palmer alluded to it and called it nasty, toughness or aggressiveness (? maybe not verbatim and paraphrasing here)... i would call it attacking the ball... check out the below highlight of his first TD against the chargers... mayock notes it isn't a rookie move the way he tracked it... he came from inside the end zone, to be in front of it by the time he caught the ball... it was subtle, but he comes to meet the ball... not to compare him to rice, but rice was maybe the best ever at coming to meet the ball and not waiting for it... this is a trait and attribute that some players NEVER get, and imo it bodes very well that moore is already flashing that capability...

moore is a listed 6'0" 195...
roddy white 6'1" 200...
dwayne bowe 6'2" 220...
moore is similar in size, and reminds me more of white than lloyd... white is also powerful, as well as size, speed & athleticism (state champ as a prep wrestler)...
moore smaller than bowe, of course, but because of his strength, plays bigger, so maybe not too far fetched to say he plays like a smaller bowe (moore is imo more explosive and may have higher upside)? like him, moore shows what some of the elite WRs in the league have (fitz, bowe, lloyd fits here when he is positioned to succeed like last year in DEN)... great field awareness, body control, agility and the ability to make gumby-like acrobatic plays on the ball...
i don't know yet if he will be consistent as a rookie, but IF the palmer-moore connection crystallizes into a consistent one, he appears to have the kind of ability to be dominant, a future top 5-10 type...
i wouldn't say this lightly, but if moore fulfills his potential, long term, he could have a miles austin kind of ceiling, maybe even higher, with the ability to eventually eclipse him (that said, i wouldn't trade austin straight up for him NOW in dynasty... talk to me next year, though

)...
* moore fun fact - he didn't come from nowhere... though he didn't put up the massive numbers at tennessee that would have catapulted him into a higher round (than the 5th), he was second in the nation in YPC average, right around 20...
not sure how meaningful it is (all prospects have to be judged on their own merits), but TEN has a pretty good NFL WR tradition and lineage... i think willie gault, anthony miller, carl pickens, alvin harper (going back a ways for last four), donte stallworth, robert meachem all are former vols... moore has a chance to distinguish himself among these alumni...
** as if anybody needed a reminder, THIS catch...

week two against the bills may have foreshadowed greatness, and is ONE of the best defender splitting downfield bomb catches i've seen in the past few years... again, a lot of players never make that catch in their entire career... i agree to an extent that youtube highlight "scouting" can be, at its worst, dubious, spurious, suspect, misleading... however, when wielded with discretion, and acknowledged as the blunt weapon it is, we can at least make that last point... moore has demonstrable rare athleticsm and special talent, otherwise he would have no business making a play like that...
