Romo had a 65% completion percentage vs. Anderson's 56%. I don't think Anderson has the accuracy to be a top QB and shouldn't be paid as such.Exactly and Anderson appears to be a pretty good NFL QB at that. One that is worth holding onto and continuing to use him and build on an offense that was one of the best in the league. Anderson was 10 and 5 as the starter this year and a huge reason reason why they won 10 of those games was due to him. He actually should have been 11-4 had the refs got the ruling right on that Winslow force out at the end of the game.great line, great receivers, and a great coordinator. i'd say it's a pretty good situation.and please don't make the Frye arguement, he is not an NFL QB. Anderson is.When did Cleveland become the ideal situation? They have struggled until DA became the QB.it will be interesting to see what happens if he goes somewhere else next year. i will be impressed if he can thrive in a situation that is less ideal than what he had in Cleveland this year.No but he will be a Romo. You Browns fans amaze me, I hope he goes somewhere else next year you don't deserve a QB like DA.I'd trade him now, get whatever you can get for him. He's a .500% QB. Anderson will never become another Favre or Marino, you've probably seen the best of him already. Plus, you're paying Quinn big bucks to sit and take notes..You didn't make the playoffs WITH Anderson, you might not make the playoffs with Quinn, either ( at least not right away), but you'll save a LOT of money that you can use on other players.Slap the tag on him and make him prove himself next year. That's the smart move.
