definitely like him a lot more in dynasty, not so much in redraft...

in below highlights, check out sack at approx 2:14 mark, freeze frame around 2:17 mark... that might be one of the most impressive examples of gumby-like, acrobatic flexibility i've ever seen from DE prospect...

jordan is a freak athlete that is 6'6" 240, yet had the feet, quickness, movement skills, rare change of direction and athleticism to jam slot WRs at the line...

the way he was used may be partial explanation for less than elite sack numbers... he also impressed me for a big man with his ability to break down in the open field and make plays in run game, not one dimensional pass rusher...

like mayock said during draft, if he puts on 20-30 lbs of muscle, gets stronger and retains speed (he has the frame to do this), demarcus ware is his upside... health permitting, imo, he is destined to become one of best DEs in league*...

i'm not sure if he tested off the charts speed-wise in 40, don't think so (though very good for his size), but to me his explosiveness roars off the screen, he seems to be moving at a different speed from everybody else on OL and DL, and is one of quickest players on field at any position when closing on QB...

more on his freakish athleticism, movement skills and change of direction ability in his sports science segment (also good sports science segments at youtube on fellow top pass rush prospects from class of '13, ziggy ansah and barkevious mingo)...

* it is possible he could get LB position designation (like von miller as 4-3 SLB), but haven't seen suggestion of that yet?

The matchup vs. Atl sounds like it could make a nice home debut.

Heres a link, which kinda makes things murky: http://www.miamiherald.com/2013/09/20/3637514/miami-dolphins-dion-jordan-ready.html The most productive defensive end opposite Cameron Wake, surprisingly, has been the player few have talked about: Derrick Shelby, the second-year reserve. Shelby made the team in 2012 as an undrafted rookie, and despite getting just a fraction Vernon’s snaps, has had a far greater impact.
