OP starts thread and asks for advice. Serious helpful advice and suggestions given by several posters. OP ignores advice and apparently does what he intended to do before starting the thread. No update on outcome.

Spoke to them today

they offered to credit me half, $150 , on my rent for the tow

i countered with $200 and I wouldn't pursue small claims

i am waiting for them to respond
