Apparently you do mafia-like jobs and fight other mafias and you get loot from both of those things (cool cars, etc.). I've only had it explained to me a couple of times, and I'm not really sure what the appeal is, so someone who plays it should probably weigh in.

I accepted an invite from someone whose name I didn't recognize but had several high-school friends in common with me, so I figured we must have been in school together. Fine. Now I've received several PMs from her, with the last one reciting a bunch of stuff she remembered about me from some class she said we had together in 8th grade. She was right about everything she remembered. Then I was looking at another person's profile and saw this woman had written about me on that person's profile as well--"Oh, I think I have some pictures of Krista around here I should post..." Vampires is probably another version of Mafia. Basically you go on Missions, fight other vampires, and try to accumulate blood. You gain special abilities by either using your accumulated blood as currency, or by fighting.
