And on their exit mention a "possible" Christmas bonus. If they call me boss, I just repeat “I appreciate you” over and over until they walk away.
I can't wait for them to be replaced by robots. All programmed to call me Boss.I don’t like sales people.
The server calling me "boss" would be around #100 on my list of reasons not to go to Chili's.I went to Chili’s 14+ years ago and my server asked me “how’s that queso, boss?” That was the last time I set foot in a Chili’s
Hello whatever.Team ambivalent. I don't care if I'm called anything. I don't care if my names are misspelled. I don't care if I get called the wrong name. Life is too short to get bothered by such trivial things. I'm not a British scholar or a decorated soldier. Just be nice and you can call me whatever.

Your subordinates call you boss?I don't ever like it. I don't even like it when my actual employees/coworkers/subordinates call me that even though it actually fits in that context.
Beta obviouslyI don't think I have ever been called a "boss".
The first one makes me want to have a great season.Guy

I've also never actually called somebody a subordinate before.

Of course not. But it’s descriptive for purposes of the question. People referring to you as their boss makes a lot more sense than them calling you boss.
Actually omega.Beta obviouslyI don't think I have ever been called a "boss".
Alphas just ooze bossness

Almost every day when they get home from work or school - “hey buddy, how was your day?”.

I've brought it out a couple times strategically when I need my boss to put into the universe a policy I don't agree with. She's smart and probably picked up on it, but were both jagged edged smart asses with thick skin so even if she's picked up on it I am 100% sure she doesn't care.Your subordinates call you boss?I don't ever like it.
