I mean when your kid comes down with measles and becomes a national story everyone's gonna know anyways, so have at it.

Before the internet and fake stories about vaccinations did anyone ever hear about someone not getting vaccinated?   I don't remember a single story growing up of someone bending the law or claiming "religious freedom."    I don't understand how a child is allowed to attend parks, schools, hospitals, or anywhere else that has another child that can be exposed. But, that is just me.
