Sony Michel but it all depends where they go. I thought Giovani Bernard could be the guy and then they draft another RB the following year AFTER he outperforms BGE as a runner and receiver.  Love is about the same size, just faster.

Being more of a change of pace guy is what worries me about both of these RBs, but for different reasons.  Love because of his size, Michel because of his usage in college.

They all can be feature guys if given the chance. Heck, Chris Johnson at 5-11 195 is smaller that all these guys. maybe the same size as Love and he put up 6 consecutive years of 250+ carries and 36-57 catches. It's all opportunity and who (head coach) will use their brain and put the best talent out on the field instead of going RBBC because everyone else is.

Sure they can, but we know that's not how it ends up.  Landing spots means a lot, but isn't always a guarantee either.  It's how the coach looks at a player.  I think Marlon Mack could be the main back but he will never be IMO.

Stanford junior TE Dalton Schultz will forego his final season of eligibility to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Schultz (6'6/239) has flashed tantalizing upside -- he's a strong route-runner and blocker -- during his career at Stanford, but that never showed out in terms of his statistical output. He did not top either 25 catches or 225 yards receiving during a season with the Cardinal. Just where he might land in the draft is an open question. Draft Analyst's Tony Pauline passed along in November that Schultz was receiving grades ranging all over the map, from the second round to the sixth round. Just an example of the variance, here: Walter Football's Charlie Campbell ranks Schultz as the No. 4 draft-eligible tight end out there, while ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. does not rank him among the top 10 players at his position.

Oregon State junior RB Ryan Nall will forego his final season of eligibility to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Nall (6'2/255) posted 810 yards and eight touchdowns rushing this season, adding 27 catches for 240 yards and two additional scores. He's the first OSU player to jump for the draft with eligibility remaining since OL Isaac Seumalo did so back in 2015. As a prospect, Nall is a battering ram of a back -- the Wrecking Nall -- who has quietly turned himself into a plus-receiver out of the backfield. He's logged 49 catches over the past two seasons. The Oregon State standout profiles as a potential selection for the back half of Day 3 (Rds. 4-7).

Mack will joins Gio & Freeman as guys who could have carried the load but the team drafts another RB the following year to get in the way. Guarantee they draft another RB  since Frank will be gone.

 
UCLA redshirt junior WR Jordan Lasley announced he will enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

On paper, Lasley and other UCLA players could potentially shine under Chip Kelly next season, but it is always up to the player to make the decision. After all, we know nothing about their current situation. Lasley, who stands 6-foot-1 and 210 pounds, caught 69 passes for 1,264 yards and nine touchdowns this season, his best year. And that's with four games missed.

Not that this matters for 2018 but I just read that Northwestern's Clayton Thorson tore his ACL on a trick play in their bowl game. That sucks.

 
Wow does John Kelly look exactly like Kamara did.  Maybe it's the jersey to me, but they look very similar.  Might be the middle round guy you can steal.

Thanks for bringing him up as I hadn't even heard of him before.  So I watched this highlight videol: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jRr8UwgEVs

Granted this is a very small sample size (just this one video) but I see a lot of things to like such as great balance, good feet, a nice sublte jump cut, hands, always seems to be falling forward on getting tackled, good burst/acceleration...and some things that give me pause such as what appears to be limited top end speed and very stiff hips

I found myself coming away thinking this is a less dynamic Kareem Hunt.

I think Kelly us one of the more underrated RB's and agree he might be a steal but he's not really very Kamara like. Just not that kind of an athlete, don't think he's expected to test that great.

Waldman did a big writeup on him and comped him to Ahmad Bradshaw and that felt really right to me.

 
The Los Angeles Daily News' Scott Wolf writes that he continues to hear "strong indications" that USC junior WR Deontay Burnett will declare for the 2018 NFL Draft.

Burnett (6'0/170) caught 12 passes for 139 yards in a Cotton Bowl loss to Ohio State at the end of December in what may well have been his final game at the collegiate level. He posted an 86-1114-9 receiving line for the 2017 campaign as a whole. As an NFL prospect, Burnett is a sharp route-runner in the more-quick-than-fast mold. He could potentially see interest as early as Round 2 this spring.

Notre Dame junior WR Equanimeous St. Brown will forgo his senior season and enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

St. Brown told reporters last week that he had received feedback from the NFL Draft Advisory Board. He must have liked that feedback. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound wide receiver has shown flashes of brilliance in his time at Notre Dame, but finished 2017 with a fairly pedestrian line of 31-468-4. That had more to do with the Fighting Irish's ability to throw the football than anything St. Brown did, although he did occasionally have some issues with drops. Most analysts project St. Brown to be a Day 2 pick, but his size and speed combination is sure to intrigue, and that stock could certainly rise with a strong showing in the coming months.

Boise State senior WR Cedrick Wilson has accepted an invitation to play in the Reese's Senior Bowl.

Wilson (6'3/183) also accepted an invitation in December to play in the East-West Shrine Game. He's coming off a monster Las Vegas Bowl where he caught 10 passes for 222 yards and a score in a victory over Oregon, and the senior wideout finished the 2017 season with 83 catches for 1,511 yards with seven scores. He's currently seen as an early Day 3 pick, but he could work his way into Day 2 consideration with a strong showing this winter.

Florida State junior WR Auden Tate announced his decision to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Tate was one of the few bright spots on a disappointing season for the Seminoles, hauling in ten touchdowns for Florida State despite their anemic passing game. The 6-foot-5, 218-pound wideout is an obvious red-zone target, but analysts have questions about his speed, so his pro day will be critical to his draft status. Still, with his frame, he's certainly going to be appealing to teams early on Day 2, and he could sneak into first-round discussion in a draft class that isn't loaded with quality wideouts.

UCF redshirt junior WR Tre'Quan Smith will forego his final year of eligibility to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Smith (6'1/201) finished his college career on a strong note, turning in a 59-1171-13 receiving line for the 2017 season. All three marks on that line were tops for his time with UCF, as was his 19.8 yards per reception mark. He offers fine (if unspectacular) size and a nice level of consistency. Walter Football's Charlie Campbell stamps him with a grade for Rds. 4-6 on Day 3 for the spring.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen passes along that Wyoming redshirt junior QB Josh Allen will accept an invitation to the Senior Bowl.

Allen is graduating as a fourth-year junior, making him eligible for the premier postseason talent evaluation bowl. Draft opinions range in a variety of directions with the 6-foot-5, 220-pound gunslinger. He has elite physical tools and a palatable mental makeup, but a lack of a true supporting cast hindered his production during the 2017 season. His accuracy has never been up to snuff -- just 56.2-percent career completions -- and NFL Media's Bucky Brooks also has some concerns over his pocket discipline and awareness, viewing him as a true boom/bust prospect.

It is a biased article, but he could be right for the wrong reasons. Emmitt Smith had a better career than Barry Sanders, but Barry was the better running back. Landing spot can do that. 

 
UCLA redshirt junior TE Austin Roberts has declared his intent to enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Roberts (6'2/230) is the fourth player to enter early from the Bruins this winter. He hauled in 19 passes and two touchdowns in eight games for UCLA this year, and served as a co-starter much of the year with Calib Wilson. He's currently projected as a late-round selection.

USC junior WR Deontay Burnett announced he will enter the 2018 NFL Draft.

Burnett (6'0/170) was Sam Darnold and USC's top pass-catching option in 2017, finishing with an 86-1114-9 line on the season after catching 12 passes for 130 yards in the Cotton Bowl. He follows Darnold and Trojans tailback Ronald Jones as players on the offense who will forego their final seasons to enter the NFL draft. Most draft sites rank Burnett as a Day 2 pick, but if he tests well this spring, he could enter first-round conversation.

St. Brown actually got a stay in school grade( not 1st or 2nd) but his Dad really wants him to go pro.
