[Dynasty] 2023 NFL Draft Class (1 Viewer)

Jalen Carter showed up as his pro day today 9 pounds heavier then the combine, will only do position drills and no workouts. Not a good few weeks for him.

Starting to think of all those mocks that did not want to mess with trades that had the Bears taking him at 1.1 and now they might be able to just draft him at 1.9

including Tyjae Spears at RB2 (and #2 overall in the fantasy rankings)
I have him as RB3 but putting him at RB2 and #2 overall is a bit aggressive even by my standards. If nothing else, if you think it's remotely close between him and someone like Gibbs, I think you got to shy away from the guy with an ACL surgery in his background.

NCAA RB Leaders by Missed Tackles Forced/Touch
+min. 225 touches, Power 5-only, since 2015

1. Roschon Johnson (0.394)
2. Javonte Williams (0.389)
3. Bijan Robinson (0.387)
This only includes seasons where the player was listed as a RB, so it leaves out Roschon Johnson's first season where he switched from backup QB to RB during the season. Over his full career he had 0.344 missed tackles forced per touch, which is very good but not at the very top.

I posted a summary of how this RB class does on these sorts of elusiveness stats here.

Start spreading da news.
He's da king of da world, da top of da heap.
I'm tell'n ya, if this New Joisey kid can make it there, he can make it anywhere.

At #Michigan Pro Day, Luke Schoonmaker improved his vert to 35.5 and (per @TonyPauline) ran between 6.85-6.95 in the 3-cone

Those numbers make him the 2nd most athletic TE in 2023 class and 6th most athletic in the last decade.

He's in top-tier in a strong TE class. #ShrineBowl

Luke Schoonmaker NFL Draft 2023: Scouting Report for Michigan TE

Terrible year, the Wide Receivers had a surge the last few Drafts
It was inevitable there would be a down year but hardly anyone seems like a sure fire hit depending on where they land

Good year for potential TE gems, several could have long and lucrative careers.
There are at least 3-4 pretty strong RBs with 1 in particular likely to go No 1 overall in many of your leagues.

You need a buzzsaw at WR these days in PPR, 3-4 studs to unleash week in and week out, that's what wins these days.
You can squeeze by in redrafts with just 1 strong RB but you gotta have an air attack spearheaded with Top end WRs.

I had Adams-Hill-AJ Brown in redrafts last year with Christian Kirk in my flex, that was like 4 No 1 WRs some weeks, that's how you blow teams out and not worry about who your RB2 is going to be.
