Dynasty/DL - Kearse vs. others (1 Viewer)

In a scoring system almost entirely sack based, I currently have J. Kearse on the roster, but a few of the other owners seem to have a real thing for Philadelphia players, and have offered me players like Okafor, or C. Grant, or P. Kerney to name a few in return for him.I'm a newbie to IDP but from what I remember watching Eagles games last year, Kearse is a huge help to that defense but doesn't look like a guy that's going to put up huge sack numbers like he did earlier in his career. (He seems to be helping everyone on the defense play better) So I'm tempted to take one of the other options, maybe C. Grant. Is my thinking off base?

I'd say you are right on in your thinking. Kearse might get you a few huge games, but his dominance is usually seen taking an extra blocker away or getting the QB to get rid of it early. I'd take Grant straight up, but you might be able to make a play for a little some thing extra on the side.

I'd take Grant straight up as well, but if these Philly homers are desperate enough they might be willing to throw you a 3rd round rookie pick or something in addition.
