Eagles Flight Night (1 Viewer)

I hate how they are covering it. I wish they would show more of the scrimmage rather than their crappy analysis. But what more should be expected from this fabulous network

It was actually a simulcast of a local station (PHL 17). It was bad, but don't blame the NFLN for it.

That was the worst broadcast of anything sports related that I've ever seen. "Oh this should be interesting, 11 on 11. Now let's go down to Hugh on the sideline and talk about the Book Mobile". :)

I blame NFLN for putting it on their schedule.I DVR'd it, but didn't make it very far before deleting.

Besides the camera work sucking, how bad was it when they went to Hugh and the Book Mobile, and instead of talking about the good cause of the reading program, he says "I dont know why my picture is not on the vehicle?" next to the guy who introduced the idea. Damn Hugh, that's exactly what I was thinking when when they were talking about how to overcome illiteracy..... :blackdot:

I'm an Eagles fan and even I had trouble sitting through it. Those of us who listen (begrudgingly) to Philly radio know that Hugh is not a polished media presence to say the least :goodposting: The defense looked a lot more aggressive and crisp than the offense, but I'm not sure that wasn't by design. :goodposting:

Really not too much to learn from it that you wouldn't be getting by following our news feed on the Eagles or reading the weekly Training Camp Reports. :goodposting:

One of the "offensive players" :goodposting: also said last night that their defense knows their stuff so well that its hard to have good success against them. Especially when its all pass plays.

I was there.... not much to see. Offense did not lok great, but no Maclin/Jackson, what do you expect. I did see Celek lined out wide a few times, which was interesting. Also saw Kolb take off and run more then I expected.
