not with Sweat out. BG and Sweat being out has a depleted DE for the Eagles, and their depth isn't great.Wirfs out is huuuuuuuge.
Isn’t Evans Playing? You would too with no WR1, RB1, RB2, WR2, starting Right Tackle, it adds up...
RightMy wife doesn’t like Brady either because of the pregnant girl thing, but I don’t get it.
From all accounts he is very involved in that boys life and has been from day one. I just watched than Man in the Arena series and his oldest son by that old girlfriend is very prominent and is talked about. Looks like a pretty healthy relationship to me.
I didn't know Sweat was out until you guys said so in your thread. I roster him in IDP dynasty. That's sort of a big loss.not with Sweat out. BG and Sweat being out has a depleted DE for the Eagles, and their depth isn't great.
Godwin and Brown are a lot more explosive, I'd say on this team Evans is like Nat Moore was 3rd fiddle in Miami when Marino arrived, he was still an amazing WR and Evans is but most weeks when all 3 of them are available, I prefer the first 2, that doesn't mean Evans is a throwaway but he's a WR1 on other teams, not always in Tampa Bay when the other 2 were on all cylinders.Isn’t Evans Playing?
Yeah, it's not like there is some great NFC team sitting at home this weekend. The Saints were the closest team but lets face it, their offense is among the league's worst.Yeah hey didn't beat many teams but to say they don't deserve to be in the playoffs? Jesus. Maybe the teams below them should've stepped up and won more games.
I would be pissed too. BS call.19 posts #####ing about the refs
Must be an Eagles thread
Earlier than usual though today ….
yup, can't blame the DL too much when he gets the ball out in 3 seconds or less. Easy to just throw to those RBs out of the back and the quick throws, Eagles defense needs to adjust to at least not make those so easyBrady neutralizing the Eagles pass rush by getting rod of the ball super quick.
The players need to get over it. It's going to happen again probably at some point.I would be pissed too. BS call.
We can disagree on AB vs Evans but either way, Evans is as good a WR1 as just about any in the league.Godwin and Brown are a lot more explosive, I'd say on this team Evans is like Nat Moore was 3rd fiddle in Miami when Marino arrived, he was still an amazing WR and Evans is but most weeks when all 3 of them are available, I prefer the first 2, that doesn't mean Evans is a throwaway but he's a WR1 on other teams, not always in Tampa Bay when the other 2 were on all cylinders.
Go Gio Go!
Excellent point. If Brady wins this, he's looking at HOF no?You would too with no WR1, RB1, RB2, WR2, starting Right Tackle, it adds up...
It was a bad call. I just rewatched it and he hit Brady at his waist/thigh. That's not low, that is right where you should tackle someone.I would be pissed too. BS call.
I've seen this wind thing coming up a lot, Florida isn't like up North, a gust here would be quick and gone, I don't believe the wind is terrible right now in Tampa but that's my take.has Brady thrwon a pass more than 6 yards yet? seems the wind is rough on the field, will be hard for a team to catch up if down by 2 scores
That sounds right. Was PHL really 0-7 this year against playoff teams? That can't be right
They call that in today’s nfl. Especially with Brady and a few others.I would be pissed too. BS call.
In real time that was not an egregious call at all.It was a bad call. I just rewatched it and he hit Brady at his waist/thigh. That's not low, that is right where you should tackle someone.
YepThe players need to get over it. It's going to happen again probably at some point.
I think the NFL should consider treating roughing the passer like roughing the punter: a 15 yard version and a 5 yard version. In real time that was not an egregious call at all.
