Elderado vs Eagles (1 Viewer)

Last year in Phily, (when they were healthy) Bledsoe threw for 289yds and 3TDs, T. Glenn had 118yds and 2 TDs.
That game was in Dallas. The game in Philly, Bledsoe threw for 196 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. Terry Glenn had 2 catches for 31 yards and 1 TD.And the TD was with the Eagles up 20-7 and 3:00 to go in the game. And McNabb wasn't healthy all year.
Same rule still applies: "You are what you are"
Otherwise known as you caught me on the BS I spew, you're right..I'm a typical Dallas dope with no football knowledge

Talk about reality vs. perception. Here is Big Tex's reality vs. perception:

Big Tex perception:

(side note) Witten had 10 catches for 110yds in Phily last year.
Reality: Witten had 3 catches for 27 yards in Philly.Big Tex perception:

What's the problem? You posted stats that were wrong. I knew the second I saw it because I've been kicking the idea of starting Bledsoe, and I knew that he sucked in Philly, and did well in Dallas. There's a reason for that, which you seem to want to ignore.Either way, if you insist on calling Owens by his middle name, you should at least spell it right...and then call Bledsoe by his middle name as well.

McQueen to Elderado? That's just...wrong.
#1. I have no idea what "stats" are wrong (please show me).#2. I honestly don't know what you're talking about.

#3. The Eleeerrado, is a local joke, that I find amusing. (Local talk show guy don't like T.O so he calls him Eleerrado Owens.

#4. I'm headed to Lousiana for a funeral, see you when I see you. My grandmother died, she was 98.
1 - Read the very first quotes here. Your stats for Bledsoe and Glenn were their Home game vs Philly, not the Away game. Witten's stats you seemed to combine both games. 2 - Teams generally play better at home, and have a tougher time in hostile environments. You seem to have mixed up home vs away stats...there's a difference.

3 - Probably one of the many reasons the guy is still local... ;)

Big Tex,

Like I said, the Cowboys were the second best team at the Linc on Sunday. But please, post some more useless statistics. The only two stats that matter though are:

Eagles 38 - Dallas 24

Eagles 4-1

Dallas 2-2

Sb, I didn't make this a Cowboy vs Eagle thread, you did. So you say, those stats are useless, what are you really arguing the stats are the game?Eagles allowed 335 yds a game, Cowboys had total of 369 yds. Eagles allowed 18.3 pts per game, Cowboys scored 17. Why is this useless? If I wanted to make this a Cowboy vs Eagle thread I would have, but I didn't you did.I didn't get a chance to see the game yet, but it looks like it was a knock down, drag out fight. It's a very long season. From a football perspective (Not fantasy) the only stat that really matters, is whether or not you're holding up the Lombardi.

1. I wasn't arguing Home vs Away, just that they were healthy at the time.2. True
