Well it's been several weeks since I've started with my bloog.Wow this has been tough to kick the analogs, I think the stress in my life right now is making it tougher. When I'm home on weekends or around the family, the bloog is fine for me. But when I'm at work I go right back to analogs.I have a new construction project starting off, so lots of added stress right now. I want this to work, but the mental road blocks are killing me.I even went to the doc and got a script for zyban, been on it about three weeks - still haven't been able to kick the analogs. It's all in my head, I know this but still have issues dropping them altogether.I will say that I've been able to go longer without a cig with no "jonesing" issues.
What nicotine level did you get in your pre-filled cartomizers?
Was going to ask the same question. Maybe get some higher nic cartos just for work? Whatever you do, don't give up on it.
I originally started with the 6, but then tried some 11s. The 11s are noticeably different/better. The more I think about my whole situation is that it's stress and mental roadblocks keeping me on the analogs. The funny thing is that during the week, I still end up smoking close to a half pack a day, hardly even use the bloog. The vaping is a nice substitute, but something about it for me just isn't equal to the analogs, which is why I keep going back. I've noticed the feel of the bloog (weight) is totally different, I can't really hold it like an analog and then it's just weird to do it in public. People hound you about it. All of these are my own mental roadblocks, which makes me think it isn't even the smoking/nicotine addiction. Just F'd in the head right now, have almost 20 people working under me on this project, acting like they've never done this before

; some pressure from client, upper managers, etc. Driving me nuts. My smoke breaks are really just to step out and clear my head/get away from people more than "needing" a cig.
