ESPN auctions ("real" not mock) - free or not? (1 Viewer)

Looking at using this only to do our draft this year since most are now long-distance (we've tried teleconf and it sucks).......but being tightwads we don't want to pay. Anyone know if this is free throughout the year? It would seem so on the site but doesn't seem definitive and I was in an ESPN leagues a couple years ago and it you did have to pay (I dont' mean for "extras" I mean base fee). Again we just care about the draft feature because we're on MFL. Thx

far as i know everything on espn is totally free. all drafts, live, mock, auction. live scoring, etc etc.

i'm sure it's free. call them if you like 1-888-549-3776 (the number is still programmed into my cell phone from calling them so much last year to raise hell about the fantasy baseball debacle).another option for a free auction is to set up a mock auction on fantasyauctioneer.com and have the guys in your league immediately fill it up. we did that last year when auction that we paid for wouldn't work for some resaon.

er thanks but after 1 Aug (I think that's the date), mocks are not free on FA.com.

When you set up your league,

it is an option for type of draft.

Thanks - PS and FYI, PUBLIC mocks are free for the duration on FA.com, just not private ones.
