Whatever happened with the accident case where he/she ran into the back of another car and a woman was killed ? All forgiven/forgotten?

Lindsey Vonn.
Yea, she's pretty ugly.

I may follow you on twitter. You better be entertaining.
I am. Just make sure to mute me on weekdays. A bunch of us talk about Mike Francesa's show as it's happening, and that's not for everyone.
What's the gist of your hate for Francesa?
I don't "hate" anyone except for Flo from Progressive. The thing with Francesa is too complicated to get into. In a nutshell, he's a blowhard who bullies his callers, yet he's also entertaining. It makes for quite a conundrum.
Good enough, thanks. And I kind of love Flo.
Flo is very lovable.

I like the phrase "meat sweats."

He/she is gonna get a standing ovation, and I'm going to vomit.
Why?
This is a farce. The interview with Diane Sawyer wasn't good enough? He has to receive a courage award which other people deserved more?
Sure it's a rating ploy but I've never even heard of the Ashe courage award before and I doubt many other people have either. People debating who should have received it instead of Jenner like it's the NL MVP when they've never cared about it before are being just as disingenuous as ESPN is.

Seriously? The Ashe award is the best part of this show every year.

That may be, but angry people have been discussing it on Twitter and sports radio the past two days. I have never once heard anybody mention it before.

I haven't even watched 10 seconds of it. I'll see her speech when deadspin posts it.

No, no...you see HE has never heard of it, so it can't be that important.

You're missing the point and getting hung up on a trivial bit.

If you aren't watching the show why are you in this thread?

@CraigSJ: You think that 40% trans suicide rate is nuts until you put someone trans on national TV for ten minutes and see how people react.

Because her speech is going to be a big topic tomorrow? Do I need to sit through the Male Team of the Year in order to be here?

America is infested with Christian hate.

It's unfortunate that it's attributed to Christ. It's Paul that is the source of it. Christ loved everyone.

Great speech.
Didn't dignify it with my viewership. So happy you enjoyed it.
I did. Quite a bit. Your dignity wasn't missed. There was plenty of it supplied by Jenner.
Glad I missed the freak show. Quite a bit.
You seem more desperate for attention here than Jenner
uhhhhhh.......ok, I guess.
Can you keep us up to speed on everything you're not watching? Perhaps you can open a thread dedicated to it.

Here is one small portion of her speech:

It's not just about me. It's about all of us accepting one another. We're all different... that's not a bad thing.
Indeed. And part of people being different is having opposing opinions on all kinds of things. So, similarly to the way she seeks acceptance for the person she is, I would assume she just as readily would appreciate the fact that some people don't want to hear about any of it.

Interesting trend...

You're so put upon. Stay strong, RN.

Which makes your need to chime in about not watching it all the more attention whoreish

Or perhaps they have severe mental issues leading to a delusion that can only be realized through expensive, unnatural and life changing procedures. Maybe if the psych community looked to treat the issue like a destructive disorder instead of placating it as a reality they could lower that number and get some people back onto a healthy life path.

Gotcha. I'll respectfully bow out. Wasn't my intent. Others were definitely talking about it (if you can read that is) so I did indeed chime in. So terribly sorry if that offended you.
