ex wife is pregnant again (1 Viewer)

MC Gas Money

Footballguy
This is the third time the divorce is going to be delayed because they have to rule me out as the father. She is only like 2 months pregnant.

What actions can I take to finally get this finalized?

She has had a baby each year since we filed for divorce, none of them mine, and have not even lived on the same coast and I cant get out of this going on 4 years now.

Im at my wits end.

She heard about the $9 an hour you're making and the successful shirt business... She isn't going to just fork over that golden ticket.

This is serious.

I have had no contact with her in years exceot through her lawyer. I keep getting annoyed with these paternity cases all the way out in arizona because she cant keep her legs shut.

What is the legal manuever here?

Can you prove your paths didn't cross 1 - 3 months ago?

We've been through this exercise before. This is my jurisdiction and due to conflict issues I can't give you outright advice. I could try giving you general advice but like last time I'm guessing you'd just ignore me.

Original recipe makes 12 buns

Ingredients

5 cups all-purpose flour
2 (.25 ounce) packages dry yeast
1 cup milk
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Stir together 2 cups flour and the yeast. In a separate bowl, heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt to lukewarm in microwave. Add all at once to the flour mixture, and beat until smooth, about 3 minutes.

Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough, 2 to 3 cups. Mix well. Dust a flat surface with flour, turn dough out onto floured surface, and let rest under bowl for about 10 minutes.

Shape dough into 12 slightly flat balls, and place on greased baking sheet to rise until doubled in size.

Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

I didnt ignore you.

It was resolved the last time, and this time it isnt a child services issue, just a paternity matter that has to be resolved when she has this one.

How can I just be locked in this merry go round with no escape if she pops out a baby every year?

There is a presumption in az law that the father of a child is the mother's husband. Because of this presumption a husband will always become involved the issues of custody regarding a newborn child - even if it appears relatively unlikely that the husband is the actual father.

Generally, a decree of dissolution of marriage will likely remove this presumption.

You'd have to be an idiot to not listen to woz on this since this is his wheelhouse. However, since you are MC Gas Money... Enjoy the loop.

What's a good substitute for the vegetable oil?

Stop talking to this loser, people.

If you ignore his post or just post recipes he'll go away but you morons keep encouraging him by talking to this filthy degenerate #### bird

After all this, do you really want kids? Answer to this question will determine your course of action.

No: snip it and show the court proof that you're shooting blanks.

Yes: Wait till her uterus is no longer functional from having multiple back to back births.

How long could the latter take?

Instead of vegetable oil, you can use melted margarine, butter, or shortening.

I would think unsalted butter would be THE BEST answer here. Little disappointed you're so cavalier about this.

Wait, so you are actually an adult? I thought you were like 19 yrs old this whole time.

Huh.

ETA: Wait...is this the LHUCKS alias?
