Not if, as has been suspected, he had a "safe house" somewhere in the area where the shootout happened.. They put a perimeter up, but he could have easily ran through dark neighborhoods to the safe house.

Here's are some documentaries on the type of people we're dealing with here: Beslan: Three Days in September, Children of Beslan, and Children of Beslan: 5 Years On.

The Beslan monsters share an ethnicity with the Tsarnaev brothers, which doesn't establish anything. Beyond that, not much is known.

However: if reports that one or both of the brothers visited Chechnya and "came back different" ... then maybe the worst of the Chechen terrorist types got to the brothers and influenced them somehow. From what I know, the known Chechen terrorists don't care about any human life even a little bit.

Seriously. Every major media site you can think of has a timeline. It's weird that people think this thread is the best way to catch up.
