Fair DUI (1 Viewer)

Two of my friends have died at the hands of drunk drivers.

You don't like the check points? Sign up for a service that let's you know where and when...they are announced.

Don't drink and drive.

I am against random checkpoints. I also hate jackasses who jerk the police around. Not sure who to root for here.

You drunk now?

Checkpoints have nothing to do with safety. They are a money grab and nothing more. That link in the op is pretty cool, nerdy, but still a respectful way to stand up for your rights. #### the po-lice.

Seriously. How many cops does it take to run one of those check points? How about putting those guys out on patrol to catch people driving

I don't understand how you can say checkpoints have nothing to do with safety. If they catch someone too intoxicated to drive it has everything to do with safety.

Don't drink and drive, it's a pretty simple law to abide by.

I agree, but word about them usually gets out, which often results in people drinking less than they normally would, meaning there are less drunk drivers on the road. Works for me.

You are talking to the guy that is so drunk the next morning that he can't keep track of his sausage biscuits.
