I'm sitting tight with Baltimore's picks for this exercise, but it wouldn't surprise me if they traded up or down in the NFL draft. I'm no De Costa and won't pretend to play him even on TV.
As for folks trashing drafting a S in the first round, I call BS. The Ravens got laughed at by football gurus for picking Kyle Hamilton at #14 a few years ago. He's one of the ten best defensive players in the league now and is an amoeba freak that allows them to do things on defense that most teams can't.
(side note: Baltimore also got blasted for trading Hollywood Brown for the 1st round pick that became Tyler Linderbaum, already a perennial Pro Bowl Center. "Never draft a C in the first", right?).
