Fun thread.....Ok here's mine...- Thomas Jones has a monster year and wins Offensive Player of the Year.- In the year of the underdog in the NFC. The 49ers and Cardinals battle it out for the NFC West with both teams making the playoffs...The Lions take a weak NFC North- The first half of the year, the AFC South is a dog fight between the slumping Colts, Titans and surprising Texans.. The Colts eventually regain form and win the division but don't lock it up until week 16- Jason Campbell finishes as a top 10 QB

I'll throw out a couple.QB - David Carr starts at least 4 games for Carolina this year.Tarvaris Jackson becomes the poor man's version of Vince Young.Brett Favre is in the Top 12 again.Alex Smith "comes out of nowhere" and plays well - close to QB1, but solid bye week coverage.RB - People learn who Lorenzo Booker is. Same for Brian Leonard. And DeDe Dorsey.SJax has far fewer catches than expected. Total touches shrink from last year by 10-15%.Love the McGahee love earlier in this thread. I'll echo big numbers for him.Neither NYG RB is worth starting.Adrian Peterson - the original - is picked up a lot off the WW.MJD owners are disappointed. Fred Taylor owners aren't.WR - Plaxico Burress scores 10+ TDs. Demetrius Williams starts by midseason and is a hot pickup.Terrance Copper starts in NO.Housh scores 12 TDs and overshadows 85, if that's even possible.TE - People learn some names like Shiancoe and King, but the Top 10 remain starters for a reason - they're better.Alge is #2. Eric Johnson isn't the TE of choice in NO, but Billy Miller is.Two TEs do emerge in SF, and one is Delanie Walker.One TE does well in Cleveland, but he's named Heiden.

I think I did pretty good.....If I have some time I may walk through them, but overall doesn't look bad.Should have mentioned MB3 and Rivers, but I did enough of that elsewhere....

Barring divine intervention, I have a hard time seeing how this is possible. Jamal Lewis rushed for over 2,000 yards and barely cracked the Top 5. BAL running backs COMBINED each year since then did not produce enough fantasy scoring to rank in the Top 5. So unless the Ravens are way more productive AND the other backs barely touch the ball, this one would be tough to reconcile mathematically. (I realize that anything is possible, but this one needs a lot of stars to align for it to happen.)But I like the going out on a limb factor. And I hope you're right, because I've owned McGahee every year since he came into the league.

Divine intervention was pretty close to happening Yudkin. McGahee was 8th in my league and only 16 points behind Portis for 5th who had 213.5 points. O well, 1/2 aint bad.
