FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (3 Viewers)

I'm on the Orioles again tomorrow, +116. I'm somewhat interested in the Astros +195 also because the Mariners should never be that big a favorite.

What's that Kershaw/Fister combo paying?

3-0, +3.61 yesterday for a nice change of pace. Now I've never been a big fan of RL faves, but I'm taking a gamble on the Royals. Harrell has given up two more ER per start during the day throughout his career, and over the past week, the Royals pen has a 1.08 ERA with a 96% LOB%, compared with the Astros 6.48 and 65%. Royals -1.5 +125 Rangers +127GL
Adding: Nats gm 2 -125

for golf, anyone think the bombers might be good value, precision guys seem to be the favorites. But if long guys can split the course in middle just playing irons. I heard some par 4s are drivable? but if so, will being in the rough next to the green even be an advantage over the guys hitting short clubs from the fairway?

Two of them are driveable from what I have seen and one of those people wont go for unless they really need it.

Just looking at holes and doing my best "analysis" I think guys that hit a draw have an advantage (or a fade for a lefty).

Having said that, I would take any "under" prop for final score. I read the course is getting drilled by rain and will continue to up until Wednesday. I have visions of Congressional 2 years ago. They are screwed if the conditions are soft. These guys are going to tear that place up.

I hope not, I love the US Open and its bogeys.

Rockies miracle comeback keeps the parlay alive!!! :excited: I have Gregerson in fantasy.
I tailed your parlay and just hedged on StL for a no risk prop.Ditto on Gregerson, but his K put me over the top in K/9. ERA be damned.
I'm 3rd in WHIP and 10th in ERA, that's my team in a nutshell. $100 entry fee and I'd rather Gregerson get a save than win my $100 bet, I have a sickness.
My staff was anchored by Sabathia, Cain, and Dickey to start the season. That will tell you plenty about my starters. I am rolling with Iwakuma, Ubaldo, Travis Wood, Gausman, and Liriano now. My relievers that I started with have maybe 1 healthy ligament in the bunch left.FML.
Same here....and my staff is still anchored by those same guys....going down in flames

Yeah I have Gallardo, Cain and did have Halladay. :wall:

It's such a mind#### that the heat are -175 to win the series...yet they're going to be dogs the next 3 games
Yeah, I thought that after game 1. Spurs favorite to win the series but Miami a huge favorite for game 2. And it was obvious Miami would be the favorite again if they won game 2.If someone had really big balls, they could Martingale the Heat ML for the next three games.

I haven't followed GameHunter lately, but apparently he's now in the red.
He just took a week off. I lost a lot tailing him this year.
I've had some success following Bloodhound's MLB picks on Capping the Game. He plays way too many games to keep up with, but he has put me on more winners than losers.

Yea I agree, tons of rain here, this course should get torn to shreds.

I'm just a hop away from Havertown (site of US Open)

TONS of rain today. A lot tomorrow. And tons again on Thursday.

Adjust your bets accordingly.

Chunk a lunk city this week.

Funny moment at my local watering hole. The bartender (different girl from last week) is wearing a Tebow shirt. The locals are yelling at her to take it off because of the patriots news.

This patriots girl.. is the kind of girl you would like to take her shirt off? Or should you pay her to keep it on?? I think the answer is assumed but still an important part of the story. Whatever you do, don't post a pic.

Today's MLB plays - It has been rough lately after a great run so I am treading lightly:

CLE/TEX O 10' - 110

Tor - 121

LAD/CIN ML Parlay paying 1.8 to 1

GLTAAB

GB the umps for letting the Orioles bat in the bottom of the 6th when the game should have been delayed. O's score two, I doubt they resume with the weather around here. :coffee:

Well ####. I forgot that if you don't finish the inning the score reverts to the score before the inning started. No wonder Weaver was begging for the delay, dammit.

Add

Astros +215

Padres +127

I know futures bets on the MVP is kind of a suckers bet..... but every time I look at that list and I see Peyton at +600 and think what a good bet that is.

Before the half inning, so 2-2. They are saying the weather will break around midnight so I'm sure the Orioles want to play on.

Oh half-inning. I gotcha, that's what I was thinking, misunderstood your post. But they played 5, they didn't complete the 6th inning so they can't call it now? I have no idea what the rainout rules are.

I just read through the rain rules and still don't see that run rule but I think it resumes, if suspended, at the point where we are now at 4-2.

Nice to see you two huggin and kissin ova here, finally. I like to keep a happy thread.
Yea man, DD extended the olive branch and I apologized for being a ####. Good stuff and credit to him. I was wrong with Rud this past weekend as well, apology out to the forum too for acting like a ####tard.
