FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (4 Viewers)

With Cameron Wake in and Soliei in the lineup and healthy....the defense is solid. Grimes was a sweet add for them.

They are a good team.

Still playing against Breesus, tho.

Over 1H HITS!

Rays TT o3.5 HITS!

That was a piss-poor call in center field...landed a foot in front of the glove. Possibly a 2+ run swing. Hope it doesn't come back to bite Tampa.

My hockey futures at RB:

Team Points

2U Calgary U73.5 (-115)

2U Chicago O103.5 (-115)

2U Buffalo U83.5 (-115)

1U Anaheim O89.5 (-115)

1U NY Rangers O97.5 (-115)

1U San Jose O95.5 (-115)

1U NY Islanders O87.5 (-115)
Seems like the smart thing to do with the totals so far apart, so I decided to play most of these for a middle:

At SB:

1U NY Islanders U91.5 (-115) (need between 88 and 91 points to win both)

1U Sharks U101.5 (-120) (need between 96 and 101 points to win both)

1U Ducks U96 (-115) (need between 90 and 95 to win both, with 96 a win/push)

1U Sabres O77.5 (-115) (need between 78 and 83 to win both)

1U Blackhawks U110.5 (-115) (need between 104 and 110 to win both)

1U NY Rangers U102 (-115) (need between 98 and 101 to win both, with 102 a win/push)

Even if I only hit one or two of these, I think it will be worth it. Nice that RB doesn't require you to tie up your money all year on futures too.

Denver opening up at -6.5 @ Dallas

2u please

Until I see someone hang with them I'm gonna ride them...may go ahead and add 2 more
Couldn't agree more, I see Denver covering all but 2 games this year.

Hoping by some miracle I can find Dal +10 somewhere. Sportsbook has +9 right now. I'll be on Dallas this weekend and have a feeling I'll be betting against Denver a lot in the next few weeks. Hopefully they're not the 2007 New England Patriots.

Early Saturday play NCST -9 @ Wake
I just hit this at -8.5.

Wake Forest is on Auto fade until they show me something.
Why aren't the Jags in this same category? They are indescribably awful.
They do get Blackmon back but yeah they're terrible. I'm just not sure I want to spot them 11 against the Rams...he'll I'm not even sure I want to make the Rams my Survivor pick this week. Thinking Atlanta...they can't drop a home game to the Jets, can they?

Yeah, ATL was gonna be my pick with at least 2 of the 4 spots. They cannot lose this game.

Right? :oldunsure:

Faak the Reds. Hope Pit beats them by 10 runs. Gutless bastards couldn't eek out 1 lousy win in their last 5 games.

Yes, I had Cin O91 wins, they get 90. FML

How do you not literally put everything you own on the Broncos' ML?

If Denver loses that game, you deserve to be homeless.
What do you think the ML on -26.5 would be in the NFL? It seems that the converter I know (SBR's) stops around 14 for NFL.

I'm thinking like -20,000-ish

I know CFB MLs used to be off the board once you got into the neighborhood of 20. Pretty sure there will be a ML for all NFL games, no matter the spread. But yeah, it will be significant.

The folks commenting on PFF raise some valid points.

1) So what if Peyton gets pulled/injured? Other starters? Fox would/should be fired if Manning or any other key pieces were to get injured even playing into 2H in a game like this.

2) They do pull starters. Crap vs. crap in garbage time, this is not a slam dunk cover.

I think anything +28.5 and above full game I take the Jags, and go all in on whatever the 1H line is for the Broncos, thinking between -14.5 and -17.

Because my mind works this way...

There are 122 casinos in Vegas. Imagine if Manning gave 60 "associates" $200,000 each to put on the Jags + 4 TDs at 60 different shops? EASY $10M payday after vig and expenses for the runners. Overthrow a few receivers on 3rd down. Maybe throw a pick if you have to. Piece of cake allowing the Jags to stay within the number.

Now you're gonna ask me how he can guarantee that all 60 people keep their mouths shut. I haven't gotten that far yet. <_<
