How is that possible? money orders are the same as cash. I've never been able to "cash" them but your bank should have no problem accepting them.

I was going to bet Carolina vs Washington tonight, but leaning more towards Washington now.
Cam Ward is out so Peters is in. Also, Mike Green is getting healthy and should help out the Capitals offense/power play.
Line has been moving towards Washington.
ETA: I'm on the Caps at -125.

Ya, I had t use wal mart since the banks were closed today so there is still hope....Wal mart said the buyer is associated with fraudulent activity so they couldn't cash....best part is wal mart sold the money orders in a different state.

Caps haven't won consecutive games in a while. They still have a nice series ege overall though and with Peters in net I am taking the Caps too.
since they lost their last game to Tampa, that's not a concern here.Carolina has been playing better of late and Caps aren't quite the same without Backstrom, but I have to think Vokoun over Peters gives a pretty good edge to Washington. Caps are 8-1-1 in the last 10 H2H matchups, but the only loss did come a month ago when they were shutout by Cam Ward.Anyway, I nearly punched a bet on Carolina before I realized that Ward was hurt. Talked myself into the Caps.

Already mentioned before, but I am hesitant to bet on UCONN with the disappointing season they've had so far. Nova came out strong against Notre Dame, I'll try my luck on them again in the first half...
Nova +2 1st half
I've seen Baylor put up strong performances in the first half then collapse far too often against teams in the 2nd half. Why can't this trend continue? Looking at Texas' previous performances leads me to think it can happen again. At home against Kansas, Texas were down 12 at half time and came back to lose by 3. A week later at Baylor they are down 9 at halftime and come back to lose by 5. Next game at Mizz, down 5 at halftime and close the game and lose by 1. A week later in a close game against Texas A&M, they are down at halftime but come back to win the game in the 2nd half. Most recently, they were down 13 at home against KState, and came back to win in the 2nd half. At this point, I'm just boring you... but the trend continues with a comeback 2nd half against Oklahoma in their next game. In their last game, they fell behind by 12 points against OkSt in the first half.
Looking at these trends shows me two teams that appear to be polar opposite in their play, Baylor seems to hang with teams in the 1st half then fall apart in the 2nd half while Texas seems to start off slow and heat up in the 2nd half...
Baylor +1.5 1st half is the play for me...

You should be fine. I've taken money orders to the place purchased and they wouldn't cash, it's ridiculous. Even postal money orders I've had problems with but my bank has always honored them.

How are you guys that are playing the daily fantasy games doing? I just signed up at fanduel yesterday. It's an absolute blast! Didn't fare very well overall but did beat Rudzia555. Guy has over 600k in winnings this year. Playing him again tonight, as well as Fezzik and a couple other "pros". Seems like its going to be very addicting.

Holding out for baseball, that's what I'd like to say is my stronger suit. I plan on taking that b**** down. Oh, and spring training baseball. People think there's 0 value in ST, there's tons of value in low juice games where you get good teams at very low juice.

Lame, playing 3 4 "pros" and they all have the EXACT same team, they obviously work together. Zero chance its a coincidence. Weak.ETA: I'm playing 6 games, 4 different guys have the exact lineup.

To me, it's a cross between fantasy sports and sit-n-go online poker. At fanduel you can deposit via paypal, you can play nhl, nba, or cbb. It's a salary cap game. Games last 1 day. Buyins range from $1 to $5 to $10, to $25 through like $500 or so. There is a point system found in any fantasy sport (i.e. pts, reb, asst, blk, steals, etc). You can play head to head, 5 team "league", 10 team, 20 team, and some larger leagues.
