FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (5 Viewers)

Here is the official rule:

69.1 Interference on the Goalkeeper - This rule is based on the premise that an attacking player’s position, whether inside or outside the crease, should not, by itself, determine whether a goal should be allowed or disallowed. In other words, goals scored while attacking players are standing in the crease may, in appropriate circumstances be allowed. Goals should be disallowed only if: (1) an attacking player, either by his positioning or by contact, impairs the goalkeeper’s ability to move freely within his crease or defend his goal; or (2) an attacking player initiates intentional or deliberate contact with a goalkeeper, inside or outside of his goal crease. Incidental contact with a goalkeeper will be permitted, and resulting goals allowed, when such contact is initiated outside of the goal crease, provided the attacking player has made a reasonable effort to avoid such contact. The rule will be enforced exclusively in accordance with the on-ice judgment of the Referee(s), and not by means of video replay or review. For purposes of this rule, “contact,” whether incidental or otherwise, shall mean any contact that is made between or among a goalkeeper and attacking player(s), whether by means of a stick or any part of the body. The overriding rationale of this rule is that a goalkeeper should have the ability to move freely within his goal crease without being hindered by the actions of an attacking player. If an attacking player enters the goal crease and, by his actions, impairs the goalkeeper’s ability to defend his goal, and a goal is scored, the goal will be disallowed.
there was no contact and Turco was in no way impeded in his crease, IMO. It's a judgment call and those refs have terrible judgment.

over betters are now free rolling for a late ANA goal or BOS empty netter.

pretty happy to at least get a push on that here given the -150 juice.

Three straight winning days but I'm still in a rut, that Panthers loss and that Rangers loss on Friday hurt. Yotes can blow me too, they are among the several teams that have made this a forgettable hockey betting campaign.

Boston has cost me a little more than a grand over the last 2 days (yesterday they were the last leg in a parlay and i didn't get home in time to hedge the parlay bet)They are on the #### list.

Does Kurt or Johnny have MLB season player props abailable? And if so, what is the takeback/spread? Also what is the takeback on season win totals? THX
Where's the customer service here, huh?
Are you an Evo customer? If so, simply email Kurt directly. He doesn't check this thread daily.
It's a very simple question (or two). Nobody can answer it?

Also, Lakers under at the half is free money. HTH
alright, i'll give it a shot

:X Way to shoot a meaningless 3 with less than 4 seconds to go to kill this bet. Funny thing was the bet looked good for most of the second half, until the refs called a foul on Memphis every time LA touched the ballFunny stuff, just an absolute #### show of a day today.
I can't even believe what I just saw. And I've seen everything. Game's over, Griz let clock shot expire. Except there's 2 seconds on the clock. As most players leave the court, Barnes tosses the ball to the only guy around and Andrew Bynum shoots a 3. ANDREW BYNUM. And not from the top of the arc, from like 5 feet behind it.Yeah, CENTER ANDREW BYNUM HITS A 3 FROM 500 FEET with ONE second left. To lose by a half. Not to mention, like you said, it shouldn't ever have come to that. But even so, the chances of a center launching, AND MAKING that shot -- the fact he even tried to shoot the ball -- are what???Sorry dude. Sickening.

It looked like the right side for most of the 2nd half, so it wasn't so bad. But yeah, the only good to come out of it was that i had to smile when i saw the 3 (didn't realize it was Bynum at first, but i knew whoever it was wasn't used to shooting 3's because it looked awkward) because it was completely unbelievable. And i have been on these "unbeleivable losses" for over a month now, really would love to be on one of the "unbelievable wins" (may have one CBB one earlier in the month), but oh well. It was still the right call i think

Felt like playing the bases today. Little 0.5U chalk parlay for the 1PM games.

Red Sox +EV

Tigers -155

Twins -115

Nats -170

Cards -155

So, teams pay a lot of money to get into the CBI right? And the more games they play, the more money the schools recoup..

The championship is a best-of-three series, with this year's series beginning with one game in Pullman, Washington :tumbleweed: and ending ideally ($$$) with two games in Pitt.

The Panthers were scheduled to fly through Denver to Spokane on Saturday and practice at Gonzaga on Sunday before making the 80-mile bus trip to Pullman on Monday. :loco:

Line opens (-1) in favor of the home team, Washington State (7-11 Pac-12, 18-16 OVR), who's leading rebounder and scorer is doubtful to play. :tinfoilhat:

"It's more like a pick-up game than a college basketball game," Pitt junior point guard Tray Woodall said.

eta: this is the problem with only one ncaa game on the card :) I'm going to wait it out as long as I can stand it and take WSU on the +ML just because I like the home advantage and I think Pitt will be content to finish off the series with two games ($) at their house.

I absolutely love the Washington/Minnesota OVER 143 tomorrow night. Washington always plays at a fast tempo while the Gophers played slow all year, but since they hit the NIT (and Sampson has been down with an injury) Tubby has taken off the reigns and the Gophers have really upped the tempo (from 260th or so in the country all year to a number that would put them in the top 80 if they had run that way all season). Should be a lot of possessions and a lot of shots, and with both teams better offensively than they are defensively I can see both teams in the upper 70s or better, especially because this should be a close game so hopefully plenty of free throws at the end.

flyers seem to have trouble with the lightning, but i think Bryz holds up well again tonight and i like the under 5.5 again

Flyers PL might be a better play with Roloson in the other net. Tough to count on him to keep the scores low. As I mentioned before his last game, he went 15 starts in a row giving up 3 goals or more. Gave up 2 in his last one but not sure that's a trend.Red Wings should destroy Columbus tonight as well, even with Ty Conklin in net.

Yeah I doubt I'd play that over, not only does Rollie stink but Tampa just has no concept of defense. Flyers could score nine goals. Isles/Pens is 5.5 -115 for the over tomorrow, I'll be on that train once again. Flyers puckline seems like a decent idea but if it seems like a decent idea, that game is probably headed to a shootout.

Sens/Jets U.5.5 (-115) for me tonight. Important game, Jets go into lockdown mode if they get a lead.
this feels like a game where both teams do everything possible to get at least a point out of it. OT prop not a bad idea I guess. (EDIT: 0 games in Sens last 10 went to OT, and only 2 of last 10 for Jets so maybe not).Same thing tomorrow with Sabres vs Caps. (4 of last 10 went to OT for Caps, and 5 of last 10 went to OT for Sabres).

Makes sense. I was playing both, but i think i will hedge out of the under a bit. I know if the Flyers get a chance to score some goals they will do it. they need to get their offense going, and it was a good start last game against MTLAny SOG plays tonight? i was thinking of Flyers under, being that they won't need to continually light up the shots.

I'm still gonna play that prop, if it's 1-1 or 2-2 with six or seven minutes left that game is going to OT.

I don't go to sportsbook from work so not sure what the totals are set at yet.
well, if you are wondering any let us know, i can post them here if you want. Seems like somebody hit teh Flyers over 31.5 pretty good so far, so i am a little hesitant to play the under because i didn't look into it too much. TB is at 27.5 which is not where i would have wanted it to be.

My model suggests the PL is a very good play :bag:

Was tempted to play the puck line in both, but just wound up playing this same parlay instead.
