wow, these came out already. i really like some of those, but i have not even looked a whole lot. And i'm guessing the asterix plays are bigger plays for you? Kevin Smith no TD seem like a pretty automatic bet

$25 limits....this is bad....they're posting the lines and seeing where the bets come in. lines will be beat into shape by the time u can bet $100. smart move by them since they're originating the prop lines.

Yeah asterik would be a double unit for me ($50) units...I have so much going in futures already as soon as I saw these lines I put more money in. Seems like some low hangning fruit for sure...lets see what GooRoo says. Not sure yet if Jenkins will play...but if he does NO way will get get 4 balls in my opinion...hasn't played all preseason I don't think.

I curse sportsbook till the day i die for these $10 plays, but i am still in on some of them. For the life of me, I can't figure out how they decided to cut my limits to $10 on any and all prop bets, yet they still decide to post plays like the Donnie Avery prop they posted (how many yards on his first reception)

I was a big fan last year of playing the "games of the year" at sportsbook, and getting some nice parlays in with games over the course of teh season. I haven't looked too much at them just yet, but people should take a look at the section if they have any interest and like betting sides. There can be some gems in there, but it can be ballsy betting on games that are a month or more away.

Those can be golden. I took screenshots of every week of those just for fun last year. Some of the Tennessee lines late in the year moved 13 ####### points!

Those with a bookmaker acct

fantasy bet H2H

Colston +6pts over Harvin

Terrible line, getting a free TD is ridiculous

I also like N.O. and the over. Saints are my play of the week. I see no way Minny can score with them. Too much emotion... raising the banner... 5-year Katrina anniversary... no Sidney Rice... LOUD building.

Something like 38-17 is in the cards.

Thought about Auburn but the line is fishy. The Tigers are 6-8 points better than Miss. State, Auburn is getting most of the action yet the number remains around 2. FEAR THE COWBELL! I am on the over 56 though. Dan Mullen's offense is taking shape, and Auburn finally has the horses they need to run their offense, including a dual-threat stud QB.

okay, I'll preface this by saying I watch hardly any nfl games anymore, but the beginning of the season is always full of hope for 32 teams, so I'll have a mild interest for the first few weeks I suppose.

That being said, something to consider.

Peyton Manning has a lifetime 15-1 record vs the Texans. His average qb rating is something like 112, he averages 275 ypg, 2.6 passing td's, 71+ completion percentage. The Texans secondary was probably in the bottom third of the league last year, and decided not to reup with Dante Robinson, and will have a rookie playing most every down. I fully expect Dallas Clark matched up against the weak Texan's safety, and Pierre Garcon matched up against a rookie, to have huge games. The Texans offense last year was the fourth best in the nfl last year, with the #1 ranked passing offense. They return back literally their entire starting offense, plus they have a healthy Owen Daniels and Kevin Walter to go with a fairly solid rotation of running backs. It would have been nice to see Ben Tate out there too, but oh well. Anyway, in my opinion, you have one defense that can't stop the others offense, and another offense that cannot really be stopped. I expect ~ 750-800 yards of offense between these two teams and generally that should be over 50 points. So, I'm taking o47 here for my one nfl bet this weekend.

g'luck

SPORTSBOOK FUNDING?

I have an account with Sportsbook.com but I've been having trouble getting any of my cards to fund through them. Apparently there is some Usemywallet account that you can only get by signing up through some casinos or something?

What reputable books have realitvely easy funding (US Visa or Amex) these days? By decent I mean reasonable juice and guaranteed to pay out... :pickle:

Recently I've been able to fund bodog, brobury, and sportsbetting with a regular credit card. Don't know about payouts though, because two are accounts I just opened and the other is new enough that I haven't gotten a payout yet.

Sportsbook.com has arguably the best CC processor, if you can't get your card to fund through them I don't know that there's a site that it will work.

If credit card doesn't work, I usually use western union/moneygram. They give you some random person in Peru or somewhere to send the money to. It takes about 5 minutes at a local grocery store (must use cash), and then you give them the control number and boom, you have money in your account. I've never had a problem with it, and have never heard of others that have. Just make sure you have their name completely right. I had it wrong one time and had to spend 15 minutes on the phone to get it corrected. Most every sportsbook has this option.

lump, why Min instead of NO?I have the same thing, except the Min leg swapped.
I'm unsure why a game lined at 6 is even being teased at all? I would argue Lumpy has the right teaser side but why not just bet +6 -110?

Where is it lined at 6?bookmaker 5greek 5pinnacle 4.55dimes 5matchbook 4.5(+105)If it were lined at 6 it would not be a playI don't tease favorites until the number gets to -7, teasing NO down to pk, -0.5, or -1 really only gets you the all important 3, not enough value teasing down. Teasing up gets the 7 and 10.

MP only bets the best numbers at the most opportune times, even if they don't exist, duh.

I think it is because teasing Minn up to +11 moves the number through the 7 and 10 point thresholds, while teasing NO down only gets the 3. Moving NO from -5 to +1 doesn't deliver value other than picking up the three point win.

gotcha.

6 -110 at sia, 6 -115 bodog, 6 -120 everywhere else. Yes, I would agree 6 -110 isn't WA but it's there at some books.
Awesome so SIA, bodog square and other random shops should be used over the list i provided?
In terms of making money yes. Once again the 6 -110 isn't WA but it's still out there.
yikes....you've got a long way to go my friend
Especially since the Vikes are gonna lose by 3 TDs. ;)

Wow, what a disaster that game was. Like watching two old people ####ing. The over never had a chance.

At least the Saints hung on for the cover. And lump hits another teaser leg. :goodposting:

It's not over yet....been in this situation before and the defense doesn't give a #### and lets some guy break one for the meaningless TDETA: never mind

a big move on Rodgers MVP future - I got in less than a week ago at +1200 when someone posted it here

was looking to put more in this morning and he is now the favorite at +500

A couple weeks ago I had bet on the Indians and after the game I read this:

"Carmona gave up three runs and six hits over 6 2-3 innings.

The All-Star right-hander is 0-5 with a 5.97 ERA in five starts since beating Boston 6-5 on Aug. 2."

So tonight I'm on the Minnesota run line against him and he pitches a complete game, 3 hit shutout. :lmao:

Baseball makes you want to eat your pistol sometimes. In the last two days, I had Tampa who blew a 4-run lead and Cincinnati who blew a 5-run lead. :grad:
