FFA Wagering Thread: THERE HE IS!@! (7 Viewers)

so is turco starting? i'm seeing mixed messages
nobody knows. since there was no afternoon skate, we probably won't find out until pregame warmups.Bruins reporter thinks we'll see Thomas:http://www.boston.com/sports/hockey/bruins/extras/bruins_blog/
Look for Thomas (31-19-0) in net again against the Ducks, although it would not be a shock if coach Claude Julien called Marty Turco out of the bullpen. With the Bruins still not among the teams to clinch a playoff spot, though, it's more likely that Julien would stick with Thomas, who was his old Vezina-like self in LA, turning back 40 of 42 shots. Not many of the shots were point-blank, stellar opportunities by the Kings, but they kept up the pressure petty much from start to finish, other than a protracted lull in the first and second periods that had the Bruins outshooting the Kings, 11-0.
:hot: this will be frustrating. bruins are doing a great job of making me hate them more and more.and i may ride that ov anywayt

I think LaBabera was assumed when they made the line but I'm gonna wait to try and get a better number with the Yotes.

One prop: Will the game go to OT? Yes +280 to win 1u

Tailing Preds & Yotes
I never wound up playing Nashville but wish I did. They look pretty good early. They are playing the 2nd back to back, 3rd in 4 nights, and 4th in 6 nights though so have to worry about them losing steam later on I guess.

I had already put the bet in, but it was encouraging to hear one of the guys during the NBC Sports pregame say that with the Blackhawks' loss of personnel, Crawford would be very active and must have a Belfour-esque performance in order for them to come away with a win :)

i hate the bruins more and more. i hope anaheim scores 6 goals on them in the 2nd on the basic principle that they are playing like scared #######

ducks pp, maybe they can actually get a shot on net
What an odd odd first period for these two teams. We had nash U 27.5 for our play of the day, but it was not nearly as strong as some of the plays the past few days.
I'm steering clear of the Hawks without Keith...hard to tell how the team will react.

same story for the ducks to start out the 2nd. look like crap
Well the Ducks usually stink, pretty much the same story for most of the year. With Turco and the Bruins playing a tough game last night you'd think they were in a good spot tonight, but they are still the Ducks.

I'm on Wild U27.5 and Pens O30.5but mostly just for fun
Sounds good. I think i will tail along, and may try the Bruins ov 31.5 (ev) shots later. If Turco is in goal, they should need to shoot a bunch to keep up
friggin' Penguins. would be nice if they shot a little bit in the 3rd

We are going to kill some chickens, Pedro Cerrano style, and hope for a Ducks Goal in the 3P. If the Ducks can put one in the net we are in real good shape.
