Haven't been on since New Year's Day, hope some of you trailed Michigan/Rose Bowl UNDER and Michigan/Rose Bowl UNDER/Nebraska Teasers for $$$, and everyone's staying ahead of the books in the interim...In (small, but in) on Oklahoma ML, as well as Sooners +10 / UNDER 79.5 to hedge (7-pointer)...if those lines were to find their way to +3.5/U73.5, I'd throw a parlay at it, too, and put more on the ML and Teaser...In case I can't get on here prior to NFL, here's what I like, I will play all of these, just don't know for how much yet:Ravens -6.5 & -7 and the OVER 46 & 47 in the Colts/Ravens game - playing both of these straight as well as teased...IN on Redskins +9/Packers -2 Teaser and also Ravens/Packers Teaser and Ravens/Packers/Colts-Ravens OVER Teaser as well...If everyone and his brother jumps on the Bengals, and drives the Texans down to a FG or less, I'll play the Texans, but not for a bunch. Actually, I'm fairly certain that if that line tightens somewhat, I'd buy up to a point to get it down to a FG or less, just to have some action going early tomorrow.Good Luck!

This is actualy a better bet then you would think. Brady won't win another SB MVP unless he throws 15 td's in the game. Brady had a huge falling out with cadalac in 2003 an that's why branch won it in 2004.So if you think the pats will be there this is a good bet.

But wouldnt it make more sense (in this instance and in almost any instance) to bet it all on the ML 4 times wouldnt it? I did some rough calculations, but this is an exercise for everyone's info imo

So Bengals are +185 in game 1...$50 to win $90 (Going to use some conservative rounding for the hell of it). So now you have $140

Bengals play Denver in game 2...They will be +8 or so and the Vikings are +330...so $140 to win (+300) $420...so now you have $560

Bengals play NE in game 3 or maybe Baltimore...

If its NE, they are +8 again...so $560 to win $1680...now you have $2240

If its Balt, they are probably +4 again...so $560 to win $924...now you have $1484

Assuming they are underdogs in the SB, which they would be against everyone except Minnesota and Washington imo...

Then obviously your $2240 or $1484 on the Bengals ML is certainly more than the $2500 you originally planned on winning.

What am I missing here? Are all futures bad bets?

Precisely why you should take the bet + the vig. He gives you $55 and you take the $50 and do what you said.
