Some fascinating stuff over at Reddit. The Hillary hand signals to Lester Holt. The monitor in her podium powering on and off (video of both). The old guy grabbing notes from her podium at the end and giving to Holt. 

 
Right.  Both candidates had mics on their lapels.  I mean, Hillary had a mic.  Donald had the best mic, he has all the best mics, Unbelievable mics.  [cue Foghorn Leghorn voice]. Cyber mics even. You're not going to believe the mics he's got.  Tremendous.

According to him, he had the worst mic on Monday night. I guess the problem with it was that it was picking up the things he was saying.

People can talk ad nauseum about who won but here's what it boils down to:

- Hillary nailed Trump on his taxes - if he doesn't release them it will dog him until the election

- Hillary nailed him on birtherism - he has no answer for why he continued talking about it for 5 years after 'he' got Obama to release his birth certificate

- She made him look unstable and un-Presidential

- Trump did get Hillary on TPP

Well, I think they are right His campaign is hurting business. I certainly would never stay at a Trump resort or hotel now where before I couldn't have cared much less.

But that's not his campaign staff's fault

You also have to remember they all have to live are living NYC (for the time being).  Let's just say I don't think they will be having fun at their private school functions in the future.

Kind of weird.  It didn't just start affecting his business when the current leadership came on.  I do think  Ivanka, who has worked to establish her own brand (that caters to women) might be a bit miffed.

Right after the debate, I put on Fox News and someone asked Kellyanne Conway about why Trump answered a question the way he did or reacted to something from Hillary....anyway the answer from Conway was "well I'm sure one of the debate preppers told him not to do that but it probably went in one ear and out the other".

Anyone else catch that?

I'm planning to stay at one the next chance I get...then complain the service wasn't up to my standards and pay only a portion of the bill.  Trump will understand.

I know this is only a joke, but that's why they have your card on file.  There's literally no way for a boarder to stiff the hotel.  And if you feel you've been overcharged, you've likely submitted to arbitration as a term and condition of your stay.  Not to impugn the integrity of commercial arbitrators, but they tend to know who brings them more business.

I missed that and wish I'd caught it.  By the time I saw Conway in the spin room, she was in "Clinton was too rehearsed, Trump spoke like a real person" mode.  

WTG, Conway.  You just vindicated the idiots who made fun of the kids at school who did their homework.

Prepaid credit card? Report credit card as lost?  Credit card with a low credit limit? 

You would still get charged for the amount of the hold the hotel put on your card but it would be difficult for them to recover the rest.

This is fascinating. I think you anti Trump nerds think the debate was a lot more one sided than it actually was. You guys seem to have an extra pep in your step. Hard to fathom this has been going on over a year and you're still this clueless about what is happening.
