***Official 2016 Presidential Race Thread*** Debate #3 TONIGHT! (2 Viewers)

The third was where Trump was saying she paid people in Chicago to disrupt or riot? Can't remember how he worded it...at his rally. This is the first I have heard of this particular accusation. I wonder if it is actually true.
Yeah, this is the subject of the James O'Keefe video, which I had been ignoring because it's James O'Keefe. But after watching Donna Brazille fumble her way through the interview by Megyn Kelly, I'm no longer inclined to dismiss it out of hand.
Update.

Don't remember which thread it was, so I'll post it here.  I had a disagreement with @timschochet with respect to the American people and whether it was in our best interest to educate them AND encourage them to vote or if it was in our best interest to forego educating them and hope they don't vote.

Souter's opinion on educating the people.

You misrepresent my opinion. I believe it is absolutely vital to educate the American public about politics, and to encourage those who have been educated to participate and vote.

I would prefer that those who are not educated, and have no interest in being educated, not vote. They certainly have the right to, like everyone else, but I think we're better off as a society when the uninterested and uneducated do not participate. But I have NEVER been against educating anyone.

You're lucky I am lazy and don't care enough to go find your initial comments

This is good news....I look forward to your ideas on how we should proceed with getting our entire electorate educated in an appropriate fashion.  If there was ever a time, this seems like it would be it

Entire electorate?? Let's not go too far. Also, what does "appropriate fashion" mean?

But I'm all for educating people, and getting them interested. I don't know how to do that without offering them free stuff. Got any ideas?

Should be the goal...the more the merrier....the better the system works.
