We will take orders on the book and CD as soon as we have a system in place to do that. We are designing a shopping cart to allow people to choose a number of items (subscription, book/CD, hat, etc) at one time. This is more complex than the average shopping cart because some items we ship and other we don't. We also need to be able to separate histories so we have a means of easy shipping, etc. And then to make it extra complex we have two different shipping options for the book (normal and priority).But despite this complexity, we believe we will be taking book orders in a merged shopping cart sometime next week.We opted to lower both the price of this subscription and the book for the first 14 days they are LIVE instead of waiting and then selling the packaged deal at a discount.As Ron White said earlier the book and CD are expected to be in our hands ready to ship on June 21st.David
