Yeah they muddy it a bit.

It did take me a second too for it to hit why it would be so good. Especially if they came back to get it then.

If you've never watched, you should. The first couple episodes are kind of childish wavy-arms and yelling, but it matures soon after. Even my friend "who hates cartoons" loved it when I made her watch it and now she spouts it all the time.

I watched with my kids last summer from beginning to end. Great show.

The new live action netflix series is supposedly costing 15 million per episode, so i have high expectations for it as well. It should be out later this summer.

My son's favorite character was obviously Aang, and my daughters was obviously Katara. When they asked me my favorite character I would always respond Uncle Iroh, even though he was a "bad guy" throughout most of the series.
