Someone's comment: GPS location and date suggest that this happened in Taiwan just the other day. This is the result of the earthquake. Google maps shows the road as being closed. I hope that no one was hurt here.

Bike had a 360 degree camera on it (two fisheye lenses basically).
With the software, you can choose camera angles and such after the fact. It also has a "follow the rider" option in the software, someone had said, which would be how the last part was shown.

That's what I was thinking at first while watching, but then they'd be hugging it out while the other guy was just lying in the middle of the street.
That's pretty cool. The part right before he got hit really threw me since you could see the whole bike and rider from behind.
