I am totally making these

Made these tonight and followed the recipe with one exception:  yellow bell peppers instead of green, because the wife doesn't like green.

Here are my lessons learned:  1) Saute the peppers and onions.  This is a must, IMO, for better flavor and texture.   2) Use the softer Hawaiin rolls if available in your area.  The baking process made my slider rolls just a little bit too hard.  3) Consider a horseradish sauce instead of the mayonnaise.  I like spicy, so this is definitely what I'll do next time.

Mrs. Audiophile liked what was produced and was pretty impressed.  I gave the FBG's full credit!
