Streetmeat and rice

Just made this. At the point where they set aside the chicken I tasted it and it seemed a little boring, so I added a little cayenne. I used the thigh bones and fat to make my own stock and I thought the rice came out great but I used 1 cup of rice (I had 4 thighs) and 2 cups of stock. I also tossed the chicken back in at the end to mix the cayenne with the rice. I also used more butter when I got the rice started.
