I think it's a combination of the Chargers look good on offense, KC's defense not so much and KC is without their #1 and #2 WR's, the rest of the room is awful and Kelce is 35 after his worst season in a decade at 34. Also, KC didn't play any of these guys more than a series or two in the PS, Cincinnati syndrome the past two seasons.

I do think the Chiefs will be better offensively when Rice comes back in week 7 and Worthy is healthy, which is an unknown right now. They also have the rook J.Royals who they weren't going to roll out tonight and rookie RB B.Smith that both MAY be able to produce a little in Nov/Dec.

For sure, that is why he gets most of the blame, but the coaches should know better than to call a run to the sidelines in that situation.
Most of them have been coaching longer than he has been alive.
