So, I'm back from the mission trip. It was a great week, albeit hot and we got caught in torrential downpours every day except Friday. I did not want to be calorie deficient while I was in charge of a bunch of high school students (and I didn't have control over our food) so I was way off the diet. I was hoping the physical activity would limit my increase to only 3 pounds for the week. I did not get my wish. Up about 6 pounds, although the body fat % on my scale was down a pretty good bit. I don't think I converted much into muscle. Did drink way more water than usual. We had a fun day at Universal on Friday and ate really poorly, and then celebrated both my sons' birthdays today. Back on the diet in earnest tomorrow, but I've now dug a hole for myself to be sub 200 by August 10. I think I can still do it because this may count as a cheat week and get my body out of starvation mode. Even if I don't get there by August 10, I'll continue to do what I do and will eventually get to my target.
