Fumble taken away from Bears? (1 Viewer)

Footballguy
I went to bed last night a winner - 120.88 to 120.36.

I woke up this morning a loser - 118.88 to 120.36.

THe Bears defense went from 18 points to 16 points - the difference being two fumbles recovered to one fumble recovered.

Was that just an error on CBS' part in posting two fumbles in the first place? Or did something get changed?

It was wrong on CBS...and they changed it this morning. I have them in a league on ESPN and they had it correct.

It's pretty easy to just check for yourself...........here

CHI DST was mistakenly credited with a fumble recovery when an offensive player (Adrian Peterson) jumped on top of a Rex Grossman fumble. The stats have been corrected to reflect what actually happened.

OP wasn't complaining or making excuses, just asking what happened. It's gonna be a long season scrolling past endless "shirt" replies so let's stick to using them when they're appropriate.
"Which means I now LOSE my game."
Yeah, and? It's a statement. It's not a complaint or an excuse, just a statement. He's asking why and showing why he is interested. PTTS posts are just completely ridiculous.

I'm not so sure the Bears defense even had the one fumble. Count your blessings and go about your business.

:lmao: Seriously?

Videoguy505 and Madsweeney - Thanks guys!

To thatguythere - I did go to NFL gamebook first and saw it was only one fumble recovered. I wanted to know why the change was made.

To redman - You are not very excellent.

To videoguy505 - Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate it.

To madsweeney - You are correct, sir! I guess I don't understand the need for some to elevate their own feeling of inadequacy by ridiculing someone else. It's pretty pathetic and discourages one for posting at all.

Either the baby is letting you sleep at night. Or isn't. I haven't decided which yet. ;)
