No real "action" to speak of other than Arya getting stabbed at the end but one helluva good episode. Just shows how great this show is.
I was wrong about the Greyjoys going to find Jon. Looks like they are headed to Dany and bringing her the ships she needs.

It was a filler show (still mostly set up), but it was still pretty damn awesome.
IMO the difference is the characters (and actors) we got this week. The Hound, Queen of Thorns, Jaime, The Blackfish, Ian McShane, Yara, new Bear Island chick + others all = awesome.
Add to that a stabbed up Arya and a pissed off Hound at the end, and that was the best episode of the year for me. This week and week 2 were great.

I wish they could have found ways to give him more scenes in prior seasons. His scene with Jamie tonight is one of my favorites for the season.

Richard E Grant Is a pretty big star to have had such a small part so far. Ive always assumed hed be more Involved, maybe nows his chance.

And the second we saw smiling happy valley folk in their pastoral happy land, wife and I looked at eachother and said "dead".
Also loved seeing the giant again. Looks a little like ralph fiennes.
Queen of bear island was all kinds of awesome. They do such a great job writing for and casting the kids roles.
