Game of Thrones, tv only, books don't exist, no backstory...NERDS already ruining a series that hasn't started (5 Viewers)

George. Ormout cant be Jorah's dad because night watchmen take a vow of abstinence. 

 
Jorah was exiled because he took part in selling poachers to slavers, I think.  The reasons (which aren't spoiler-related in any way - just back story) are given in the books.

FWIW, I have the same issue with Jon's parentage. How does it come out? Who would believe Bran, a Stark, even if he proves his magical powers. Who would believe Meera's father, a Stark ally? At least with Jon there could be letters or something, as it was a love affair that started a war. Don't see how Tyrion's lineage could be proven either way at this point, since if the theory is correct his mother was sleeping with both a Lannister and a Targaryen.

He passed on the rule of Bear Island to Jorah and took the black because his wife was dead and he had a grown son to replace him, a very common thing for northern families.  Jorah took over the lordship of Bear Island until he was caught selling slaves and was forced into exile.

Targaryen lintage is proven with out a doubt when they ride a dragon which only Targayens are able to do.

He is more than just a *******. The Targaryens seem like a whole different race, if not species. They can ride dragons, they can't be hurt by fire. Does Jon have all those super powers being only 50%?

Not sure on that, but not all Targaryens are immune to fire. Like Dani's brother. Was Dani's  mother and father related before marriage?

Daenery's parents were brother and sister so maybe Jon Snow can't ride a dragon if you have to have 100% Targaryen blood.

 
Can't believe this weekend is being skipped and we have to wait another week. Don't they usually do the bye week thing on holiday weekends?

 
Why did they name Jaime....Jaime?

Everyone has these crazy dungeon and dragons type names and he's....Jaime.  It's odd.

well the first two episodes were kinda meh......

but that was a fabulously directed and acted hour of television.

BTW...the parallels to Robb vs the lannisters is telling....seems that everything is going Cerseis way just like it was for Robb.....the lannisters won the war without winning a single battle......I'm so geeked

it just kind of struck me....perhaps a dragon basically comes up to jon and likes him? 

Loved it when the red witch said....I brought fire and ice together...

 
I'm trying to think this through.

Cersei in the cell was a great scene. Lady Olenna....aweseome.  Tyrion trying to use his line as some great quote and Dany making fun of him.....awesome.

......so much awesome.
