Game Thread - Divisionals - Carolina V Chicago (2 Viewers)

classic tale of only as strong as your weakest link. the bears defense is playing great, 10 of them anyway, but tillman is playing like #### and the scoreboard reflects that. to the late hit out of bounds, and it was a horse collar to boot

Who is this Drew Carter?
2nd year from Ohio State. Was wondering the same thing.

I covered CAR/ATL and saw a little of him. Very fast.

He's been inactive most of the season, now he's the #3/#4 behind Smith, Colbert and Proehl.

Looks good from the little I've seen him. Any Panther fans care to comment on him? Preseason - did he look good?

Foster has been really impressive lately, if he is back with the panthers im thinking he top 5 next year when all is said and done

I'm going to start a topic on SOD.Might as well have a fantasy post in the middle of all the playoff pissing.

Where they been hiding this Carter guy?

Looks better than Colbert.
He was hurt in the preseason last year as a rookie. He looked good this year in the preseason, but Colbert, Proehl, and Gardner were all ahead of him. I guess the Panthers felt he was ready near the end of the season so they let Gardner go and put him in his spot.

Perennial injury problems, even as a part-time back. I'd want to see him play a full season before I'd consider putting him in the top 5.

Best case scenario on Foster is top 12 I think.

That's it - Gardner. That was the roster spot vacancy I couldn't recall.

Im not saying I would draft him in the top 5 just that I believe it is very possible for him to put up top 5 stats in the offense. Injuries are a concern but they are with everyone and I dont weigh too heavily into injuries as much I do as age.
