Plummer is looking terrible. 2 INT's and a fumble, sigh. Let Cutler Watch begin. Very good pass on the 2nd INT to the defender 2 steps in front of his reciever. Though I admit Walker has made some uncharcteristic drops from not so bad passes.

Both the Bells have been running well. Ofc, Tatum has a fumble and Mike has a TD, sooo expect RBBC still, though I'm sure everyone will proclaim Shanny an idiot for not just starting Tater Bell all the time.

Bulger hasn't looked all that good, but has had moments of greatness. Kind of like the pass he just threw about 20 seconds ago.

Why, so we can go 3-13 this year??Cutler had a good preseason. Don't let that fool you. He is a rookie and would have done alot worse than Jake with the presure that he faced early on.Kneeling on the 5 yard line just has to kill FFL SJax owners.

2 Minutes left...here's my impressions:

1. Tatum Bell has looked like the better RB and was in the game during "crunch time".

2. Mike Bell is a good RB but can't protect his QB and Culter Plummer needs all the help he can get.

3. Plummer didn't help himself too much today. Some tough breaks with dropped balls and bad timing with penalties but not impressive.

4. Rams offense did nothing to get excited about. Lots of early fantasy draft picks have their FF owners concerned. Still, only Week 1 so don't go jumping off any bridges.

5. Rams defense is better than advertised.

As a Ram fan, I've become used to it.

Jake had a bad day but next week at home he will come back against a (possibly) Trent Greenless KC team.

StL had a great defensive day--I take nothing away from them

If I am a StL fan, it is going to be a weird year where you are going to hope for your defense to win games for you. Bulger looked really really bad today.

A couple thoughts;

Denvers D had a great day at the office - the O did not get out of the employee parking lot.

Last year Denver started the season with 3 turnovers as well (IIRC), they are a better team than this.

Interesting that the Rams kicker was the leading scorer of the day - who would have guessed that. Someones happy with their last pick.

I believe the Shanny's plan to make things hard on the Rams by not disclosing his starting RB had more effect on his own team that the opposition.

Not sure I would read too much into the crunch time thing. Obviously it's not bad for him to be in there, but I suspect Shanny felt he needed a homerun at that point, and TBell is the homerun back.
