Game Thread W10 - NYGiants V Philadelphia (1 Viewer)

should've been a pick earlier on the 3rd down play...that ball never touched the ground...Jacobs got lit up!! cant be turning the ball over twice and expecting to win.

McNabb finally settled in, hitting WR's this drive. Avant with a nice move. Appreciate the late hit help to nudge them to the 10...and finish in the red zone TWICE tonight is a definite positive. 2-2 in the red zone, 2 takeaways, and we have a 3 point game.

Defense needs to hold here. They have spent the whole half getting run on.

How was that not intentional grounding the play before the TD? That looked like a textbook example of showing what intentional grounding is to me.

Giants defense having to pull double duty tonight, playing against the Eagles offense and their own!

How the hell is that not intentional grounding???
No kidding. That one was worse than McNabb's. Both were pretty clear, at least to me. Not even a peep from the announcers. That pass had no chance of getting to anyone and he just threw it down as he was getting sacked. That's the entire reason for the penalty, at least that's what I thought.

Nice breakup by Hanson! Eagles can mount a drive here before the half, tie it up or better, then get the ball first in the second!

Just saying...

McNabb looks terrible, but is throwing the ball all over the place, while Westbrook is basically being ignored. Is Mike Martz coaching the Eagles tonight?

I think Boss was in the area

Down only 6 - the eagles are very fortunate. Could actually go into halftime with a lead and getting the ball. Let's get Celek in there.

Amazing the Eagles have the chance to score on this drive and go into the locker room with a lead. Completely outplayed in this game. Just don't turn it over again.

WESTBROOK on a screen! Good idea, Andy.

Really, the Eagles have two chances to pull ahead; this drive and the opening drive of the 3rd. Nice throw and catch to LJ there...wow.

Nice drive to end the half. 20-17, no sacks given up, 2 take aways. If they come out and open the 3rd with some points...

when did demps fumble the ball to blackburn? it shows up in the box score but I don't remember seeing the eagles lose a fumble.

I can't believe Philly is just down by 3 at the half. It seems like they should be down by a couple TD's.
I'm an Eagles fan and I agree whole-heartedly. Giants have done two things two things extremely well - run the ball down the Eagles throats and contain Westbrook. I'm glad to see Andy try to get the ball to DeSean Jackson because he's got big play ability but the really needs a long drive at the beginning of the third and get Westbrook the ball.

eagles very fortunate to be in this game.
Thrown at Westbrooks feet. How was THAT not grounding by Eli???
I rewound it on DVR, Boss stayed into block and it was thrown at his feet.Speaking of not a peep form the announcers, how did they miss Cole Hamels sitting next to Biden?

McNabb is finding a groove. Jackson deep middle and a nice throw to LJ! Buckhalter! Good looking drive by philly, need 7 not 3 here.

Big drive for the Giants. Eagles D has to hold them here and get the offense back out. Philadelphia has looked great the last 2 drives.

D-Line and LBs cannot stop Jacobs. I breathe a sigh of relief when he leaves the game for Ward. Nothing against Ward, but Jacobs is killing them!

I think he will now that Samuel is on his back with trainers looking at him...not good. Sheppard banged up already.
