Game Thread W10 - San Diego V Cincinnati (1 Viewer)

Landon Johnson (LB, CIN) went out with an ankle injury at the end of the last drive. I'm curious to see if he misses any time or if they retaped him and he'll be out there this drive. If he misses time, that would bu a huge hit for the Bengals as they're already so thin at LB

Perry started the game, but the crowd didn't know. On the first hand-off the crowd was yelling Ruuuuudi.

What was the personal foul on SD on the opening play? Nobody seems to know, and the broadcasters were too busy blah blahing to actually talk about what happend.

Palmer looked great on that last drive. 2 passes/2 completions > 15 yards

Good mix of run an pass too. GREAT way to start off the game.

Bengals rip the ball out of Lorenzo Neal's arms, but it went out of bounds just as Justin Smith jumped on it.

This kind of crap is inexplicable. Major penalty on the opening drive and not only do we not get a shot of it, but who it was on and what it was for isn't even mentioned. Nothing like beginning a game with a phantom personal foul.

Bengals continue to give up big yardage on 3rd and long. They gave up ~16 yards on 3rd and 17 last drive and just gave up > 15 yds on 3rd and 10.

They are completely selling out on the run even on 3rd and long. I can understand the respect for LT, but it seems a bit overboard considering SD has a decent passing attack as well.

They're trying to do to LT what Philly did.

Great catch by Tony Stewart - Palmer overthrew him a bit and he reached out and grabbed it.

Replay showed that it probably wasn't a catch, but the Bengals snapped the ball before KC could review it

KC can only review calls in their own game.

I'm glad, maybe they'll pass to Gates. Although he'll probably get ignored and Keenan McCardell will go for 200 yards and 2 TDs.

What a great line by Duffdorf. "They are probably trying to figure out where to spot the ball." It was an incomplete pass you moron. There aren't a whole lot of options.

Man, Michael Turner almost returned the kickoff all the way. Got slowed down by the kicker and then finally tackled around the 50.

Wow, big surprise, the Bengals actually come up with a stop on 3rd and 9. Chargers punting after starting with the ball on Cincy's side of the 50!!

Palmer gets drilled on a completion to Housh for 22 yards. Pops right back up - Palmer is looking great today (so far)
