Game Thread W13 - Green Bay V Chicago (1 Viewer)

Favre's hand wound look awful.I wonder if he'll need stitches for that open wound.Vintage Favre... scrambles around and almost throws a pick.Shut up Moose Johnston.

Lovie Smith has a pretty awesome record against Favre.Check out the history....From his time at Tampa, to the Rams (and that multi-INT game in the playoffs) to last year at Lambeau's loss, and today.

How the Hell do you win a game with stats like these:K. Orton 6/17 68 yards  0 1 :X Dam good thing they can play defense. WOW..

And zero catches from the starting WRs.It's called an opportunistic defense, an above average kicker, and an OUSTANDING punter.

4 turn overs by Favre is just what the Doctor ordered.

I think the answer is quite obvious. Just let your counter-part implode.Brett Favre:

- While sitting on a 7-6 lead in the closing seconds of the first half, you don't force a bad pass which can be intercepted and returned the length of the field for a field goal. Throwing the ball away gives your team a 10-6 halftime lead instead of trailing 9-7.

- You do not throw an interception which is easily returned for a touchdown.

The Packers should have won that game yesteday and the reason they didn't was Brett Favre. Favre simply elected not to throw two passes would have won them the game.
